These terms apply to all private medical services provided by Derm4Hair. The practice mainly treats self-paying patients and privately insured patients; patients with statutory health insurance may receive services on an IGeL or private basis.

Contract formation:

The treatment contract is formed with the start of treatment. Prior to invasive procedures, you receive written information and a cost estimate in accordance with § 3 GOÄ.
